The rental period runs from 1 Mai to 30 September

The rental price is based on 6 people. The villa can accommodate 12 people. For each additional person a surcharge applies per person per week on top of the basic price.
We do not use a fixed arrival or departure day. The minimum rental period is 3 days.

The Villa is at your disposal from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask you to leave the house before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
We ask for a deposit of 30% of the rental price to confirm the reservation. This amount can be transferred to our bank account in the Netherlands. The remaining amount can then be transferred to our account up to 6 weeks before arrival.
Should you have to cancel the holiday for whatever reason, the amounts we calculate are as follows:
Notification of cancellation received by us before the start of the holiday:
- more than 42 days (6 weeks): down payment amount (30%)
- 29 to 41 days (4 to 6 weeks): 50% of the rent
- 28 days (4 weeks) or less: the entire rental price
