The rental period runs from 25 April to 30 September.

In consultation, it is sometimes possible to deviate from the fixed changeover day.

The villa is at your disposal from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask you to leave the house before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
You are renting half of this villa, with your own private entrance and a privately situated part of the garden. The other half of the villa is occupied by the owners.
We ask for a deposit of 30% of the rental price to confirm the reservation. This amount can be transferred to our bank account. The remaining amount can then be transferred to our account up to 6 weeks before arrival.
Should you have to cancel the holiday for whatever reason, the amounts we calculate are as follows:
Notification of cancellation received by us before the start of the holiday:
- more than 42 days (6 weeks): down payment amount (30%)
- 29 to 41 days (4 to 6 weeks): 50% of the rent
- 28 days (4 weeks) or less: the entire rental price
